It invites many risks, from hiring to budget reallocation from promising and well-performing causes, and can spread attention thin. While deep research is required to achieve sufficient level of understanding the problem, In practice, many of assumptions fall short of expectations and promises that look good on paper may have little practical influence on achieving the Fund's goals.
