Our hiring process is highly informal and straightforward:

1. Fill out an application
2. Initial application screen (one of our Partners will call or email you for a conversation)
3. A remote interview. Usually via Zoom or any other communication channels you prefer.
4. Background and references checks
5. Offer.

Even if your current skill-set does not match our current scope of services, that doesn't mean you don't fit. We're always extending our horizons and looking for new opportunities for growth. We are confident, that your super-powers will thrive in certain conditions are created and we're willing to go one step further to make it so.

Currently we're hiring for on-demand, part-time or per-project positions. As the new opportunity arises, Partners form a team, that will serve philanthropist or a project. Occasionally our current contracts need rescaling, and we might offer a full-time or long-contract (minimum 1 year) position, matching your skill-set.
